My Inshore Fishing Charters explore protected waters around Ocean Isle Beach for redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and black drum. Nearshore Fishing Charters venture into the Atlantic Ocean to target sea bass, spanish mackerel, king mackerel, and other seasonal species around reefs and wrecks.

Absolutely. My private fishing charters welcome anglers of all experience levels. I provide hands-on instruction and help beginners get comfortable with fishing. I also offer a 2-hour Kids Fishing Charter designed for children ages 4–12. These trips take place in protected waters, with the kids always coming first. Kids charters are catch-and-release only.

All fishing rods, reels, tackle, bait, and required fishing licenses are included at no additional cost. Every charter is private, and most trips accommodate up to four guests. Sheepshead charters are limited to two anglers. Bring weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, drinks, snacks, and any personal items you may need.

My primary departure location is 67 Causeway Drive, Ocean Isle Beach, NC, at the public boat ramp under the Ocean Isle Beach bridge. I also serve visitors staying in Holden Beach, Sunset Beach, Calabash, Shallotte, and Little River. Depending on the trip, pickup at a nearby ramp or dock may be arranged.

Weather: Safety comes first. I monitor local marine conditions and make the final decision about whether a trip can safely proceed. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule or I'll issue a full refund. When ocean conditions prevent a nearshore trip but inshore waters are safe, we may switch to inshore fishing.

Customer cancellations: Cancel more than three days before your trip for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations within three days may be rescheduled but are nonrefundable. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

In addition to fishing charters, I offer private boating lessons in Ocean Isle Beach, NC, including hands-on boat handling, docking, navigation, marine electronics, and boating safety instruction.

I also provide ash scattering and burial at sea services, with private accompanied and unaccompanied options for families wishing to honor a loved one in the Atlantic Ocean.
