My nearshore charters typically depart at 6:30 AM and 10:45 AM from Ocean Isle Beach, NC. During the winter months, trips depart at 8:00 AM and 12:15 PM.

We bottom fish year-round on reefs, ledges, and wrecks. From April through November, trolling for King Mackerel brings explosive, drag-screaming bites. Spanish Mackerel and Cobia show up in late spring, and casting or freelining baits for Cobia is one of the most exciting ways to fish. In winter, our closest nearshore artificial reefs — just 3 miles offshore — are loaded with Sea Bass that can be caught with bait or vertical jigging.
